Sesame Chicken
Sesame Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. defatted chicken broth, 2 tbsp. parsley, 2 tbsp. chopped green onion, 1 tbsp. soy sauce and 2 tsp. oriental sesame oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

First, in a medium bowl, mix together the broth, parsley, onion, soy sauce, oil and ginger.
Add chicken; toss until well coated.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Drain chicken.
Place chicken on skewers.
Sprinkle with sesame seed. Place on broil pan; broil 4 inches from heat for 3 minutes.
Turn over and broil for 3 to 5 minutes, until done.
