Sesame Chicken
Sesame Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with chicken breasts, 1/2 c. evaporated milk, 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Toast sesame seed coated with 3 tablespoons butter.
Set aside.
Dip chicken breasts in evaporated milk and roll in bread crumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
Place on foil-lined baking sheet.
Top with 1/4 cup sesame seed.
Bake skin side up and do not turn.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
