Seoul Chicken
Seoul Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 8 chicken thighs, skinned, 10 garlic cloves, chopped, 1 tsp. red pepper and 1/4 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a large skillet, heat oil until moderately hot.
Add chicken and cook until browned, about 10 minutes.
Add garlic and pepper; cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain off excess fat.
In a small bowl, mix together the vinegar, soy sauce, honey and ginger.
Add to chicken.
Simmer, covered, 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
Serve with rice.
