Add first 8 ingredients in a large bowl.
Add salad oil and eggs.
Mix thoroughly. Add carrots, pineapple, coconut and walnuts.
Mix well.
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 1/2 x 2-inch oblong pan.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350Β°.
