Sift flour and sugar together.
Add shortening and a little over half of the milk to which the flavoring has been added.
Beat for 2 minutes.
Add rest of milk and 2 eggs; beat for 2 minutes. Put into greased pans; cook at 375Β° for 30 minutes, or until done.
