Sealeg Casserole
Sealeg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sealegs, 7 slices bread, crust removed, cut into 1/2-inch strips, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper and 1/2 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Grease casserole dish. Line bottom with 1/2 of bread strips.
Mix together sealegs, onion, green pepper and celery. Spoon over bread.
Add rest to form another layer. Beat eggs, add to milk.
Milk mixture.
Pour soup/milk mixture over bread layer. with grated cheese. Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 60 minutes.
