Seafood Pizza
Seafood Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with cornmeal (for sprinkling), 1 tbsp. oil, 1/4 c. minced onion, 1 clove garlic, minced and 1 (35 oz.) can whole tomatoes, crushed and drained (2 c.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 450Β°.
Lightly oil a 12-inch pizza pan. Sprinkle with cornmeal.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in saucepan over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic; cook 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes, parsley, red pepper and salt.
Cook 10 minutes.
Press dough in pan.
Cover with sauce.
Top with shrimp and clams; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake until crust is golden brown, about 20 minutes.
