Seafood Pâté
Seafood Pâté is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 to 16 oz. shrimp, 12 to 16 oz. imitation crab, mayonnaise, cocktail sauce and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Put equal amounts of shrimp and crab in food processor. Process until chopped fine; moisten with mayonnaise until it holds together.
Season with salt, pepper and dill and a little cocktail sauce.
Put in loaf pan coated with cocktail sauce. Chill.
Turn out on a plate.
Cover with the cocktail sauce. Serve with crackers.
(Use a fish mold, if possible.)
