Seafood Pasta
Seafood Pasta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free scallops, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 small bell pepper, chopped, 1 garlic clove, chopped and 1 tsp. dried oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In skillet, combine oil, onions, bell pepper and garlic. Saute until vegetables are tender.
Add tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil for 1 minute.
Reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes.
Add scallops and simmer for 3 minutes.
Serve over warm pasta.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
