Seafood Pasta
Seafood Pasta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. crabmeat, shrimp or lobster, 3 green onions, chopped, fresh parsley, chopped (as desired), 1 1/2 c. half and half cream and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Melt butter, cheese and half and half.
Saute onions, mushrooms, parsley and shrimp briefly and then add to half and half mixture.
Meanwhile, cook vermicelli; drain.
Butter 9 x 13-inch pan; mix everything together.
Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Bake at 325Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serves 6 to 8.
