Made with 2 (9 oz. each) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts or canned, 2 c. minute rice, 1 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp, lobster or crab meat (about 3 c.) or use 2 (7 3/4 oz. each) cans crab meat, 2 cans cheddar cheese soup and 2 2/3 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook artichoke hearts as directed on package. Drain and place in 3-quart ovenproof casserole. Stir in rice and shrimp.

Mix remaining ingredients; pour into casserole.

Cover and bake at 400Β° for 35 minutes or until most of the liquid has been absorbed. Stir before serving. Garnish with lemon wedges, if desired. Serves 8.
