Seafood Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. bacon or butter, 1/4 c. onion, 2 c. diced raw potatoes, 2 c. corn and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute bacon or butter and onion in kettle.
Add fish, potatoes, corn and water.
Cook until potatoes are soft.
Just before serving, add milk, salt and pepper.
