Seafood Casserole
Seafood Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 1/4 c. flour, 2 c. milk, 3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced and 1 small can shrimp, halved, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Make white sauce (blend 1/4 cup butter, flour and milk). Arrange a layer of sliced eggs in a buttered 8-inch square pan. Cover with some sauce, layer of shrimp, sauce, tuna, sauce, mushrooms, sauce, crabmeat and sauce.
Sprinkle sauce with cheese; cover with buttered crumbs.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
