Seafood Casserole
Seafood Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 3/4 c. cooked white wine, 1/4 c. oil, 2 sticks celery, 1 onion and 1 bell pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute the celery, onion, bell pepper and shrimp in the oil. Add the rice, soup, crabmeat, Tabasco sauce, cayenne pepper and mushrooms.
In a separate pan, melt the cream cheese and margarine.
Mix everything together.
Put in a casserole dish. Grate sharp cheese over top to cover. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
