Seafoam Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large can pears, 1/2 lb. philadelphia cream cheese, 1/2 pt. whipped cream (1 large cool whip), 1 pkg. (large) lime jell-o and 1 small bottle maraschino cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat 1 cup pear juice; dissolve Jell-O.
Set aside to cool. Moisten cheese with 8 tablespoons pear juice.
Mash pears and add cream cheese, then add to cooled Jell-O.
Fold in whipped cream; add cherries that have been cut in quarters.
Pour in 11 x 7-inch pan.
