Beat egg white until foamy.
Mix in sugar and vanilla.
Fold in pecans.
Drop on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 250Β° for 30 minutes.
Turn oven off and leave in oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Let cool.
Place in sealed container.
