Seafoam Icing
Seafoam Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/3 c. water, 1 tbsp. light corn syrup, 1/8 tsp. salt and 2 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine in a heavy sauce pan the sugar, water, corn syrup and salt.
Boil slowly without stirring until mixture will spin a long thread when a drop is dropped from a spoon.
Hold spoon high above the pan.
