Seafoam Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. water, 1 c. syrup and whites of 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil sugar, syrup and water until forms a hard ball.
Beat egg whites and pour together.
Beat until it begins to get stiff. Then put on wax paper in little balls.
