Seafoam is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. dark karo syrup, 1/2 c. water, 2 egg whites and 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil sugar, syrup and water until it spins a thread.
Beat the egg whites and slowly pour the heated mixture over the eggs.
Add the vanilla flavoring and beat until firm.
Then drop on waxed paper.
