"Sea Leg" Dip
"Sea Leg" Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 tbsp. light mayonnaise, 1 lb. sea legs (artificial crabmeat or whiting) and crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 350°.
In round dish or medium soufflé dish, soften cream cheese in microwave for one minute.
Add lemon juice and mayonnaise and stir until smooth.
Chop sea legs into 1-inch pieces and blend into cream cheese mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until top turns light brown.
Serve hot with crackers.
