Scrumptious Muffins
Scrumptious Muffins is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. vanilla ice cream, softened and 1 c. sifted self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Prepare miniature tin with liners or grease with butter and flour.
Combine ice cream and flour in medium bowl and stir until wooden spoon is just moistened.
(Do not overmix.)
Fill liners 3/4 full.
Bake about 20 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
Makes 12 miniature muffins.
