Sprinkle nuts, figs and raisins with a small amount of flour. Cream the butter. Blend in molasses and honey. Add eggs. Sift baking powder, remaining flour, salt and spices.
Add to batter alternately with milk. Bake 2 hours in greased 10-inch tube pan at 300Β°.
