Screwball Cake
Screwball Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. cocoa, 2 tsp. baking soda and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sift all dry ingredients into ungreased pan.
Make a big hole in the center and 2 small holes on either side.
In the big hole, put 2/3 cup salad oil.
In one small hole, 1 tsp. vanilla, in the other small hole, 2 teaspoons white vinegar.
Pour 2 cups water over entire ingredients and mix thoroughly with a fork.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Frost as desired. Use 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
