Scrambled Eggs(Microwave) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. margarine, 1 or 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. milk and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt butter in microproof bowl on High for 30 to 45 seconds. Add eggs, milk, salt and pepper; stir.
Microwave on High 1 1/4 to 1 3/4 minutes, or until eggs start to set.
Stir eggs after 1/2 time.
Remove eggs while they are still soft and moist.
Let stand 2 minutes.
Eggs will firm up during standing time.
If desired, add cheese.
