Schnitzel
Schnitzel is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 top loin chops (boneless), 2 eggs, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and season-all, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat each chop with meat beater until about 1/4-inch thick. Add Season-All.
Beat eggs with fork on a flat plate.
Put breadcrumbs on another plate.
Put seasoned chops first in eggs to coat on both sides and then in breadcrumbs.
Put breaded chops in medium hot grease in frying pan and brown both sides for 5 to 7 minutes, turning each chop only once.
