Scallops Supreme
Scallops Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. scallops, 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs, mixed with 2 tbsp. flour, salt and pepper, 1/4 c. butter (not margarine), 4 cloves garlic and 4 tbsp. olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Coat scallops with seasoned bread crumbs that have been mixed with 2 tablespoons flour, salt and pepper.
Mix butter with 4 cloves of pressed garlic and 4 tablespoons olive oil.
Put butter mixture in frying pan and let get hot.
Fry scallops 4 minutes per side until browned.
Add 1 1/2 shots sherry into pan.
Cook a few minutes.
Serve immediately.
