Scallops Milano
Scallops Milano is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bay scallops, 1/4 c. white wine or vermouth, 1 (4 oz.) pkg. butter crackers or ritz, crushed, 1 (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese and 1 (4 oz.) butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 375Β°. Place undrained scallops in a single layer in shallow baking dish.
Add wine so liquid covers 2/3 up the scallops.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder and parsley flakes.
Mix melted butter with cracker crumbs and cover scallops.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over the crumbs and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
