Scalloped Spinach
Scalloped Spinach is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained, 1 tbsp. chopped onion, 2 beaten eggs, 1/2 c. milk and 1/4 c. mild cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook spinach with onion until completely thawed; drain thoroughly.
Add milk and cheese to saucepan; heat just until the cheese is melted.
Mix in beaten eggs.
Stir in spinach to milk mixture.
Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top; dot with butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
