Scalloped Potatoes

Peel and slice potatoes.
Place a layer of potatoes and half of the cheese (sliced) and half of the onion in oven casserole. Repeat the layer.
Add salt, pepper and milk.
Cover top with bacon.
Cover dish with aluminum foil.
Bake 45 minutes at 375Β°. Remove foil last 15 minutes.
Be sure bacon is cooked well done.
