Scalloped Potatoes
Scalloped Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 4 or 5 medium potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick, 1 can mushroom soup, 1 c. carnation milk, 4 slices velveeta cheese and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix soup, milk, cheese, salt and pepper and heat until cheese is melted.
Put sliced potatoes in greased dish and pour mixture over potatoes.
Bake at 325Β° until potatoes are done.
Cover with foil while baking.
