Scalloped Potatoes
Scalloped Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 8 c. thinly sliced potatoes, 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, 1 can each: cream of celery and cream of mushroom soup and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Spread 4 cups potatoes in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix remaining ingredients, 3/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
Pour half over potatoes.
Repeat layers.
Cover and bake in a 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake 30 to 45 minutes longer.
You can add 2 cups shredded cheese the last 15 minutes.
