Scalloped Potatoes
Scalloped Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced, 1 stick margarine, 2 c. milk, 1/2 c. flour and salt and pepper (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat
While oven is preheating, melt margarine in x 13-inch baking dish in the oven.
Put sliced potatoes in the baking dish with the melted margarine.
Mix the flour together, flour is well incorporated. Salt and pepper the potatoes.
Pour milk and flour mixture over potatoes.
Liquid should just cover the potatoes.
Onions may be and/or with grated cheese.
Bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
Place dish on large cookie sheet, it will boil over.
