Scalloped Potatoes
Scalloped Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 large potatoes (about 3 lb.), 2 cans cheddar cheese soup, 1 c. milk, 1/2 onion, minced and 1 bottle pimentos, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Thinly slice the potatoes (about 1/4-inch).
Add to salted water and boil 5 minutes.
Drain.
In mixing bowl, whisk together the soups and milk.
Add onions, pimentos and pepper to taste.
Spray a 2 or 3-quart oblong casserole with nonstick spray.
Put potatoes in bottom of casserole.
Put all other ingredients on potatoes and top with cheese.
