Cream butter and sugar at high speed with mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, and continue to cream. Put mixer on low speed and add crushed pineapple. Fold in by hand 1-quart bread cubes.
Bake in foil-lined pan or dish for 1 hour at 375Β°.
