Scalloped Pineapple
Scalloped Pineapple is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cubed bread, 4 to 5 eggs, 1 c. milk, 1 large can crushed pineapple and juice and 1/2 stick oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix sugar and pineapple and let stand.
Beat eggs and mix with milk.
Combine the two mixtures.
Line bottom of a greased pan with bread cubes.
Pour mixture over cubes.
Dot with butter. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes or until done (when knife inserted comes out clean).
Do not cover.
Serves 8.
