Scalloped Corn Casserole
Scalloped Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fresh corn, cut from cob, or 1 large can corn, 1/4 c. milk, 1 tbsp. chopped onion, 1 tbsp. chopped green pepper and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In small bowl, combine corn, milk, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper.
Put 1/2 of corn mixture into quart casserole dish. Layer half the cheese and half the bread crumbs.
Layer remaining corn and cheese.
Mix remaining crumbs with melted butter and cover corn and cheese with crumb mixture.
Bake 30 minutes at 375Β°.
