Scalloped Corn
Scalloped Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can whole kernel corn, 1 can creamed corn, 12 crackers (club), salt and pepper to taste and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix together corn, crackers, salt and pepper to taste and egg. Pour into well-greased pan.
Garnish top with additional crumbled Club crackers (3 or 4) and strips of bacon (if you like); a few dollops of butter here and there on the crumbled crackers is nice too.
Place in 350Β° oven for 1 hour, until top is light brown and bacon is fully cooked.
Check before the hour is up to be sure it doesn't burn.
