Scalloped Corn
Scalloped Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 single pkg. saltine crackers, milk, 1 can del monte creamed corn and 3 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Grease bottom and sides of 1 1/2 quart baking dish with butter or margarine.
Crumble 3/4 package crackers fine and place in bottom dish.
Add enough milk to wet crackers.
Add 1/2 can creamed corn.
Add remaining crackers, crumbled on top and repeat procedure.
Add butter on top.
Bake for 1 hour at 400Β°.
