Preheat oven to 350Β°.

Combine corn and milk.

Mix well.

Pour into baking dish that has been sprayed with vegetable pan spray. Melt margarine.

Add remaining 1/4 cup cracker crumbs.

Spread over corn mixture.

Bake 45 minutes.
