Scalloped Corn
Scalloped Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cream-style corn, 1/2 c. cracker crumbs (10 to 12 soda crackers), 1/4 c. minced onion, 1/2 c. milk and 1 egg, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put the crackers in a plastic bag and roll with a rolling pin to make the crumbs.
Set aside.
Mince the onion.
Set aside. Break egg in mixing bowl and beat. Add corn, onion, milk, salt and pepper to egg in mixing bowl.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Dot with margarine.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
