Scalloped Corn
Scalloped Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (27 oz.) cream-style corn, 1 c. milk, 1 well beaten eggs, 1 c. coarsely crumbled saltine crackers and 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In a saucepan, combine corn and milk. Heat through.
Gradually stir in egg. Add 1 cup crumbs, onion, pimiento, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Pour into a greased 1-quart baking dish. Combine 1/2 cup crumbs and butter.
Sprinkle over corn. Bake in a 350Β° oven for 20 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
