Scalloped Corn
Scalloped Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans regular corn, 1 pack jiffy corn meal, 8 oz. sour cream, 1/2 c. to 1 c. bread crumbs and 1 can creamed corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix regular corn, creamed corn, corn meal, beaten eggs and sour cream.
Spray an 11 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
Pour mixture in pan.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of cheese.
Cut up stick of margarine and sprinkle on top of bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
