Scalloped Corn
Scalloped Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (no. 2) can (about 16 oz.) whole kernel or cream-style corn, 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk, 1 c. dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs, 1 medium onion, chopped and 3 tbsp. green pepper or pimiento, chopped (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine whole kernel corn and 3/4 cup milk or cream-style corn and 1/2 cup milk.
Add bread or cracker crumbs, onion, green pepper and seasonings.
Pour into buttered casserole.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
May be baked in the microwave or bake until done.
