Scalloped Corn
Scalloped Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 tsp. salt and 1 (1 lb.) can whole kernel corn, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 350Β°. Saute onion in butter until golden.
Blend in flour and seasonings; cook until bubbly.
Remove from heat; add milk gradually.
Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute (stir constantly).
Remove from heat again and add corn and egg.
Place in baking dish.
Top with buttered crumbs.
Bake for 25 minutes.
