Scalloped Corn
Scalloped Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, beaten, 1 c. milk, 1 c. coarsely crushed saltine crackers, 1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn and 1/4 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine egg, milk, 2/3 cup cracker crumbs, 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
Stir in corn, onion and pimento; mix well. Turn into a 1 quart casserole.
Toss butter with remaining crumbs; sprinkle on top of corn mixture.
Bake uncovered in 350Β° oven 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
