Scalloped Cabbage
Scalloped Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. milk and 1 onion, chopped (small), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt butter; add flour and stir.
Gradually add soup and milk. Add onion and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook over low heat until smooth and thick, stirring constantly.
Cook cabbage in small amount of water and salt.
Boil 8 minutes.
Drain and add sauce. Mix.
Place in baking dish.
Top with shredded cheese.
Place in oven until cheese is melted.
