Scalloped Cabbage
Scalloped Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head cabbage, 2 c. grated longhorn cheese, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, mixed with milk, 1/2 to 3/4 c. cracker crumbs and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Boil cabbage in water with salt and pepper.
Drain off water; pour into greased baking dish a layer of cabbage, then a layer of cheese and cream of mushroom soup.
Continue adding layers until ingredients are used.
Cover top with cracker crumbs which may be mixed with a little melted butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until top is brown.
