Scalloped Cabbage
Scalloped Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. shredded cabbage, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 2 tbsp. flour and 3 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Drop cabbage into boiling water and cook 5 minutes.
Drain, put half of the cabbage in a buttered casserole dish.
Sprinkle with half of salt, sugar and pepper.
Add flour, cheese and half of margarine.
Top with remaining cabbage.
Sprinkle on the bread crumbs mixed with 1 1/2 tablespoons melted margarine.
Bake in a 350Β° oven until brown.
