Scalloped Broccoli
Scalloped Broccoli is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. broccoli cuts, 1 c. wide egg noodles, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cheddar cheese soup, 1/3 c. milk and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Cook broccoli and noodles according to directions.
Drain.
Greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, blend soup and milk together until smooth.
Stir in broccoli, noodles, pepper and mushrooms. Combine crumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle over broccoli mixture. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
