Savory Stuffed Squash
Savory Stuffed Squash is an easy dinner. Made with 4 small to medium zucchini, 1/4 lb. pork sausage and stove top stuffing canister (4 c. serving size), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Wash and cut squash lengthwise.
Scoop out center to 1/4-inch of edge.
Place in salted boiling water for about 5 minutes; remove and drain.
Fry sausage and drain well.
Mix stuffing according to directions.
Let sit and then mix sausage with dressing.
Spoon mixture into squash.
Place in baking pan.
Place enough water in pan to cover bottom.
Cover with foil; bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
